Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Randalls. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods and desserts for our customers.

• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and specifications
• Operate mixing machines and steam kettles to prepare batters and dough
• Shape and role dough to create a variety of baked goods
• Read and follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency and quality
• Work in a fast-paced environment to meet production demands
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or food preparation environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production demands
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Basic math skills and ability to measure ingredients accurately
