Key Responsibilities- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and repairing as needed.
- Apply paints, coatings, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces using a variety of techniques and equipment.
- Match and apply paint colors and textures to ensure a seamless finish.
- Remove old paint and wallpaper, and repair damaged surfaces.
- Use power tools and equipment, such as paint sprayers and power washers, safely and efficiently.
- Clean and maintain equipment, including brushes, rollers, and spray rigs.
- Work with other team members to complete projects on time and to a high standard.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic painting tools and equipment.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work with clients.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
- Physical stamina to work long hours and in a fast-paced environment.
As a Painter with LE002 Flagship Facility Services LLC, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a variety of projects and clients. You will be exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes, paint, and noise, and will be required to wear safety glasses and follow company safety policies and procedures.
Physical DemandsThe physical demands of this role include standing, walking, sitting, using hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reaching with hands and arms, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. You will also be required to lift and move heavy equipment and materials, and to work at heights and in confined spaces.
