Job Title: Youth Advocate

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Advocate to join our team at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. As a Youth Advocate, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to youth and families in Oakland County.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families, utilizing a strength-based approach and the wrap-around model.

* Develop and implement service plans that meet the unique needs of each participant.

* Collaborate with community resources to ensure comprehensive support for youth and families.

* Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.

**Requirements:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent required.

* Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources preferred.

* Bi-lingual/Spanish language skills a plus.

* Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage required.
