Endoscopy Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Kaiser Permanente's Capitol Hill South Building. As an Endoscopy Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our gastroenterology department.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide sedation, admit, circulate, recover, and cross-train to tech services as needed.
- Collaborate with patients and families to educate them on their medical conditions, treatment options, and self-care responsibilities.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of professional nursing standards.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and families to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Current RN license in Washington State.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Experience in ambulatory care nursing, primary nursing, or case management is preferred.
