Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled General Laborer to join our team at a major facility in Bessemer, AL. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to construction, assembly, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, and blueprints to determine material requirements and assembly instructions.
  • Physically lift, push, and pull up to 45 lbs. consistently throughout a 10-hour shift.
  • Double-check connections to ensure they match and report any issues to the Supervisor.
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers on the assembly line to ensure maximum speed and accuracy.
  • Maintain and assume responsibility for equipment, including hand tools.
  • Receive, unload, and transfer materials to different workstations.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
