POSITION SUMMARY
As an Automotive Assistant Manager at Big O Tires, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the retail outlet to ensure efficiency, cost management, and profitability, collaborating closely with the Store Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee the opening and closing processes of the store(s)
  • Assist the Store Manager with assigned tasks
  • Manage inventory levels to minimize loss and place orders as needed
  • Address customer complaints in accordance with established guidelines
  • Effectively utilize point-of-sale systems and software
  • Review and finalize work orders and inspection documents
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility
  • Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards
REQUIREMENTS
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Experience in the automotive industry is essential
  • Work schedule includes Monday to Saturday with a rotating day off during the week
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to understand safety protocols and manuals
  • Strong communication skills with customers and team members
  • Proficient in computer skills and relevant software
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Able to lift up to 75lbs independently
