Your Role

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital part in shaping the minds of our youngest learners. Your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and engaging classroom environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the Balanced Learning curriculum to provide a structured and fun learning experience for children
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes exploration and creativity
  • Develop strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive community
  • Work collaboratively with your co-teacher to plan and execute lesson plans that meet the unique needs of each child
