Top Tier Reps LLC is in search of a skilled mid- to senior-level Finance Associate with 4 to 8 years of relevant experience to enhance our Corporate division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on both lender and borrower-side financing transactions, including senior secured credit facilities, split lien structures, unitranche deals, and acquisition financing.
  • Proficient in drafting, reviewing, and modifying essential legal documents such as credit agreements, debt commitment letters, security agreements, and closing documentation.
  • Experience working with private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies is advantageous.
  • Possess a robust academic background, outstanding drafting and negotiation capabilities, and readiness to undertake significant responsibilities in deal management and client relations.
  • Exhibit diligence, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Must hold membership in the New York bar.

Compensation and Benefits: The annual base salary for this position ranges from $260,000 to $435,000, contingent upon qualifications and market evaluations. In addition to the salary, full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including bonuses, health insurance, retirement plans, life insurance, and optional programs such as commuter benefits and pet insurance.
