We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PeopleSoft Campus Solutions QA Analyst to support our team on a contract basis.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the thorough testing and quality assurance of the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules.

This position requires a deep understanding of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions functionalities, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to collaborate with functional and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business analysts, functional leads, developers, and end-users to gather requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
  • Conduct detailed functional, integration, and regression testing across PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules, including Student Records, Admissions, Financial Aid, Campus Community, Student Financials, and Academic Advising.
  • Develop detailed test plans for PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) and PeopleSoft Regulatory Patch (PRP) testing, ensuring that all test scenarios are aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Execute and support testing efforts for PUM/PRP updates, HighPoint Upgrades, and other module testing in collaboration with functional leads.
  • Identify and prioritize key areas to ensure smooth deployment of system updates.
  • Identify, document, and track defects. Collaborate with developers and clients to resolve issues and ensure that all defects are addressed before production deployment.
  • Conduct functional walkthroughs with clients, ensuring they understand the changes and test outcomes. Facilitate client sign-off for production deployments.
  • Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring that the appropriate test data is available, accurate, and aligned with the testing requirements.

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in testing PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules.
  • Strong understanding of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions including key modules such as Admissions, Student Records, Financial Aid, Student Financials, and Academic Advisement.
  • Familiarity with SQL for data validation and test preparation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both functional and technical teams.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions upgrade projects or implementation.
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft integrations with third-party systems.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and DevOps practices is advantageous.
  • Preferable experience with ALM or any other Test Management tool.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to discuss both technical and non-technical concepts with clients and IS&T peers.
  • 6+ Years of QA Experience.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
