About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Professionally clean and maintain Vacasa properties, adhering to our rigorous cleaning procedures and product standards.
  • Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and wash all surfaces, as well as move furniture to clean under and behind.
  • Assist with laundry as needed and create a welcoming environment for our guests and owners.
  • Identify and report any damages to properties, creating maintenance tickets as necessary.
  • Collect and remove trash and debris, meeting and maintaining required Housekeeping metrics.
  • Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings, as well as replenish consumable items such as soaps and paper products.
  • Maintain hot tubs as needed, with on-site training provided.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned, as every day is different in this role.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and lift over 20 pounds
