About the Role

Pine Cone Therapies, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Texas. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of children, develop treatment protocols, and provide clinical leadership to our team of Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect supervision to Behavior Therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians, implementing and overseeing protocols.
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and other experts to provide comprehensive care to our clients.
  • Organize, design, and oversee all clinical aspects for a diverse caseload of children.
  • Develop expertise in crafting treatment protocols, behavior reduction systems, and data collection systems.
  • Train, manage, and mentor our Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians.

Requirements

  • Leadership and training experience, with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
