Floor Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Floor Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Healthcare Services Group. As a key member of our environmental services team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of hard surfaces and carpets, including dusting, wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction, and bonneting.
- Collect and dispose of trash, recycling, and soiled linen in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned, including policing grounds and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work well in a team environment.
