Role Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated Process Engineer to focus on the purification of various flavors, fragrances, and natural organics derived from fermentation processes. This role will involve utilizing distillation techniques and associated support systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate distillation equipment to separate multicomponent organic mixtures for flavors, fragrances, and natural organics.
2. Employ analytical instruments (such as GC-FID or GC-MS) to analyze mixture compositions, evaluate distillation efficiencies, and ensure the quality of distillation outputs.
Candidate Profile:
