Position Summary

Far Ridgeline Engagements LLC, a subsidiary of QinetiQ US, seeks a seasoned professional in Identity & Signature Management (ISM) or Identity & Data Management (IdDM) to deliver high-level advisory services to a client within the US Department of Defense. The ideal candidate will possess over ten years of experience in ISM/IdDM, complemented by advanced certifications in operational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and plans to ensure compliance for clients.
  • Conduct assessments of legal, policy, and operational viability.
  • Create and deliver training programs tailored to current and future client requirements.
  • Facilitate mission requirements through stakeholder meetings.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to staff, supporting client objectives.
  • Prepare comprehensive materials, including reports, presentations, and strategic plans.
  • Establish effective communication strategies for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, including potential short-term overseas assignments.

Required Qualifications

  • TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IdDM or ISM within the Department of Defense.
  • Completion of Advanced Planners Course (APC) or equivalent.
  • Experience collaborating with senior military personnel.
  • Proficient in briefing and engaging with key stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in drafting and coordinating operational support plans based on risk management frameworks.
