Position Overview:
This role involves temporary employment focused on First Notice of Loss (FNOL) during catastrophic hurricane events. The duration of the role is contingent upon the extent of damage and the volume of incoming calls. You will be tasked with receiving calls from clients and meticulously collecting and documenting comprehensive information regarding their claims to relay to the insurance provider. While this is a temporary role, there are opportunities for full-time permanent positions once the volume of claims decreases. Additionally, there may be various instances throughout the hurricane season when hours are available for this role. Please note that this is not a remote position.

Work Environment:
This position is based in our call centers.

  • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
