Your Impact:

In your role as a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will report directly to the Manager and handle essential front-office responsibilities to create memorable experiences for patients.

  • Deliver exceptional patient service with empathy and care, adhering to company policies, regulations, and dental board standards.
  • Assist patients by scheduling and confirming appointments, organizing patient records, and verifying insurance details.
  • Manage nightly deposits and credit card transactions.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ethical foundation.
  • Strong time management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
