Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to fill three Senior Research Associate positions, responsible for managing research projects, collaborating with international partners, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage research projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with international partners to design and implement studies, train fieldworkers, and ensure data quality.
  • Develop and implement data analysis procedures using statistical packages such as R, Stata, and NVivo.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members on research methodologies, data analysis, and project management.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, coordinating communications activities and representing the organization at external meetings and conferences.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in a social science or public health field, or a related discipline with a minimum of five years of experience.
  • Detailed knowledge of research processes and practices, including data analysis and project management.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel and represent the organization at external meetings and conferences.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $103,745.39 - $165,875.40 per year, commensurate with experience. We offer an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, vacation time, paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, commuting subsidy, and a 401(k) plan with employer match.
