Position Overview

As a Senior Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in defining and executing talent acquisition strategies that align with our vision for the future. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure alignment of technical capabilities with recruitment needs.

Research and Analysis

  • Stay updated on recruitment best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Translate research insights into actionable strategies for recruitment teams.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to inform recruitment approaches.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of job posting platforms and recommend improvements.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Maintain open channels of communication with recruitment teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for process enhancement based on stakeholder feedback.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Collaborate with HR teams and other business functions to understand critical insights related to various personas.
  • Address complex issues related to talent acquisition processes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience in analyzing recruitment data for decision-making.
  • Experience in managing large projects is preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities and proficiency in using analytics to drive decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
