Key Responsibilities- Design and implement advanced speech signal processing algorithms to enhance speech modification capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML algorithms into our research program.
- Develop and maintain complex software systems to support speech recognition and modification.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in speech signal processing and AI/ML algorithms.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on speech signal processing and AI/ML algorithms.
- Bachelor's degree in physics, mathematics, computer science, or relevant engineering fields with 8+ years of work experience, or Master's degree with 2+ years of work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in R&D of speech signal processing.
- 2+ years of experience in R&D of AI/ML algorithms.
- 1+ year of experience managing a multi-disciplinary research and development team.
- 2+ years of experience creating program plans, work breakdown structures, and milestone schedules.
- Ability to proactively manage multiple, concurrent tasks.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Excellent slide development and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Master's degree or PhD in physics, mathematics, computer science, or relevant engineering fields with 4+ years of work experience.
- 2+ years of experience with speaker recognition systems.
- 2+ years of experience with speech modification systems.
- 2+ years of experience with automatic speech recognition systems.
- 2+ years of experience in the Intelligence Community, including experience with requirements, CONOPS, and transition.
- 4+ years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary research and development team.
- 4+ years of experience with R&D of AI/ML algorithms.
- 1+ year of experience as a Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager.
