Job Title: Senior RF Signal Detection Engineer

Job Summary:
Tenica Global Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Signal Detection Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our research and development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced RF signal detection techniques to secure compartmented information using smart radio systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced RF signal detection techniques to secure compartmented information using smart radio systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop smart radio systems
- Conduct research and development to improve RF signal detection and processing techniques
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports

Requirements:
- Master's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
- Two (2) years' experience in classic RF signal detection, processing, and communications protocols
- One (1) year experience in technical program management
- Current TS/SCI clearance required

Preferred Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
- Three (3) years of technical program management experience
- Documented experience with technical testing and evaluation to validate performance relative to defined quantitative metrics
