Position OverviewThe Radiology Technologist plays a crucial role in the healthcare team, collaborating with physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services while adhering to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic imaging examinations with precision and care.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and departmental protocols.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to support patient care initiatives.
- Ensure the highest standards of patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- ARRT certification is mandatory.
- Current CPR – BLS certification is required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary.
- TMB certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
