Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Vail, CO. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and advise customers on our luxury skiwear collections.
  • Merchandise our collections according to brand standards.
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build customer loyalty through personalized service.
  • Support the Store Manager in scheduling store employees.
  • Participate in company-wide and local marketing campaigns.
  • Supervise and participate in all operational tasks, including receiving goods, labeling, inventories, and after-sales management.
Requirements

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual with a strong background in luxury retail. You should have at least 2 years of experience in a high-end environment and be fluent in English.
