About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team at Glades Talent. As a key member of our hygiene team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional preventive dental care services to our guests.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform dental cleanings and whitening services for our guests
  • Conduct oral health assessments and provide preventive dental care
  • Educate guests on proper oral hygiene techniques and practices
  • Maintain accurate patient records and charting
  • Prepare treatment rooms for guests by adhering to prescribed procedures and protocols
  • Maintain instrumentation for dental hygiene treatments by sharpening, sterilizing, and selecting instruments
  • FOLLOW infection control protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

  • Certificate or Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
  • Be a Licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of OR
  • Current CPR certification
  • Proficiency in using dental software and electronic medical records (EMR)

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $62.50 per hour, based on location and experience, as well as a range of benefits including 401(k) matching, dental insurance, employee discount, flexible schedule, health insurance, and paid time off.
