Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project scope, compliance, schedule, quality, costs, and changes that may occur.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define project parameters, then translate customer needs into formal requirements.
  • Develop and deliver a detailed project schedule, and status reports, manage task assignments, and report on and manage project scope throughout the cycle.
  • Interface with all areas affected by the project, including end users, service organizations, vendors, and implementation partners.
  • Review project deliverables for accuracy, and apprise management of risks, issues, and recommended mitigation efforts.
  • Ensure satisfactory transfer of custody and control of product for handoff activities, close out all project documentation, and archive appropriate records.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience is required, 5 years preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred to support the compilation of large quantities of data and a multitude of reports.
  • Existing knowledge and experience within Magenta Built and Sprint Vision is helpful.
  • Strong organizational skills, communication etiquette, and follow-up are crucial.
  • Preferred to have someone with Project Management certification.
