Job Title: Caregiver for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities

About the Position:
This part-time role involves providing essential support and services to a client with developmental disabilities, promoting independence and enhancing quality of life. The position requires working directly with the client in their home environment, offering personalized care and support to ensure their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct support to the client both at home and during community activities.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including wheelchair assistance and lifting, ensuring the client's comfort and safety.
  • Create a supportive and comfortable environment, fostering independence and promoting a positive quality of life.
  • Work according to the client's flexible schedule, with approximately 6-8 hours per week.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with vehicle insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to working with individuals with unique needs.

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 per hour. This is a part-time opportunity, requiring approximately 6-8 hours per week. The position offers flexibility and allows for a good work-life balance.
