Requirements
  • Experience: One year of supervisory experience in dementia care, hiring staff, coaching, counseling, performance management, and daily operations supervision.
  • Skills: Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office, and Sunrise applications, with the ability to learn new applications.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
