Pediatric Home Care Nurse

Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality care to medically fragile children in their homes.
Responsibilities- Provide skilled pediatric care to clients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Provide education and support to clients and their families
- RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification
- Competitive hourly rate
- Up to 80 hours of PTO per year
