Guest Service Representative

At Golden Corral, we're committed to providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Guest Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in shaping our guests' perceptions of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Greeting: Welcome guests as they enter the restaurant and offer a personalized invitation to return.
  • Assistance and Support: Provide assistance to guests who need help, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Order Processing: Process GC On the Go To-Go orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Phone Etiquette: Respond to phone calls in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Payment Handling: Handle payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Knowledge and Compliance: Stay up-to-date on position responsibilities, just-in-time delivery, menu items, and prices.
Cleanliness and Organization:
  • Vestibule and Host/Cashier Station: Maintain organization and cleanliness in these areas.
  • Buffet Setup: Assist in setting up the buffet and ensuring labels are correct.
  • Health and Safety: Follow local health department laws and regulations.
  • Duty Roster: Ensure cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.
Operational Excellence:
  • Drawer Management: Inform the Manager when the money in the drawer needs to be taken to the safe to reduce the risk of robbery.
  • Drawer Balances: Ensure drawer balances with daily paperwork.
