Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Multifamily Plumbing Specialist to join our team at Freije Engineered Solutions Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in multi-family residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Identify and resolve issues with plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and other malfunctions.
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install new piping, fixtures, and appliances, and perform routine maintenance to ensure the integrity of plumbing systems.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in commercial and/or industrial plumbing, with a focus on multi-family residential properties.

  • Skills: Ability to read blueprints and schematics, lift 50lb+, access crawlspaces and attics, and use ladders.
