Residence Manager

Helio Health is seeking a highly skilled Residence Manager - Facilities Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our residential programs, you will be responsible for providing routine building and grounds maintenance, resident and material transportation, and facilities support to our patients.
Responsibilities- Drive Helio Health vehicle to transport residents and collect necessary goods for residential programs.
- Facilitate any routine residence room turnovers, furniture moves, and general house maintenance.
- Maintain program reports and appropriate documentation for relevant program inventories.
- When assigned, assist in problem resolution and implementation of program modifications.
- High School Graduate/Equivalency.
- Valid NYS Driver's License required.
- Skilled in monitoring the safety, security, replacement, and repair needs of the facility.
- Ability to relate effectively with staff, clients, and both internal/external community agencies.
- Capability to work independently and use basic computer applications.
