Key Responsibilities
- Execute assembly tasks in accordance with established protocols and specifications, emphasizing precision and quality.
- Employ a range of hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery to assemble intricate aerospace components.
- Perform visual inspections and quality assessments to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and customer specifications.
- Identify and resolve assembly challenges, collaborating with engineering teams to implement effective solutions.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards and best practices consistently.
- Document assembly procedures, noting any deviations or non-conformities encountered during production.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of assembly processes and techniques to boost efficiency and productivity.
- Engage in cross-functional teams and assist in the development of new manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Comply with stringent standards and regulatory requirements governing aerospace manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in aerospace or manufacturing is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in aerospace assembly or a related field, with a solid understanding of mechanical principles and assembly methods.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications proficiently.
- Hands-on experience with various hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment commonly utilized in aerospace manufacturing.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional manual dexterity and the capacity to work with precision in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently or collaboratively.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in all aspects of assembly operations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
Work Schedule
- Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM
- Overtime Pay Available
