Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Clerical professional to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
  • Process employee benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and other benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and performance evaluations.
  • Assist with employee communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and distributing company-wide announcements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
