  • Operational Efficiency: Monitor restaurant operational procedures, adjusting as needed to achieve exceptional guest and associate experiences.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: College degree preferred, with experience in a training or leadership role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong training and development skills, with expertise in organization and planning, team building, customer focus, and accountability.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Micros.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry objects weighing 30-40 pounds, push or pull objects, and stand for extended periods.
  • Environmental Factors: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to hot and cold temperatures.
