Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the management of our unit. As a RN, you will be accountable for a group of patients and provide care through the therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, and collaboration with other healthcare team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitor unit activities and contribute to the management of the unit.
  • Develop and implement staff development programs to enhance patient care and unit operations.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current Registered Nurse license in the state of employment or compact.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • STABLE (Post-resuscitation/Pre-transport Stabilization Care of Sick Infants) certification.
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Acute Care hospital experience.
  • Perinatal RN Residency or experience in a Perinatal setting.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a dynamic and supportive work environment.
