Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Technician to join our team in Chattanooga. As a Logistics Technician, you will be responsible for coordinating with the Forklift supplier for preventive maintenance of all forklifts and leased equipment. Your goal will be to ensure the correct functionality of the equipment and maintain a high level of compliance with KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Forklift supplier for preventive maintenance of all forklifts and leased equipment
• Ensure the correct functionality of the equipment and maintain a high level of compliance with KPIs
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure 100% compliance of daily checklists for forklifts and doors
• Manage forklift workload control based on worked hours per area and allocate forklifts accordingly
• Control forklift budget and ensure corrective repairs, spare parts, and non-planned expenses are managed effectively

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in logistics or a related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
