Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair critical power and cooling systems at customer sites.
  • Collaborate with a team of engineers and technicians to ensure maximum up-time for our customers.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Travel to customer sites and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in technical service in Electric/Electronic industry, as a Field Service Engineer or equivalent.
  • Experience with critical power and cooling systems such as UPS, Generators, and Switchgear.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
