Compensation:
Base Salary plus Uncapped Commission

Responsibilities:
As an Audiology Care Consultant, you will:
- Provide clinical expertise to diagnose and manage hearing loss while ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Adhere to industry and state licensing standards.
- Deliver exceptional patient care and work towards expanding your patient base and achieving financial objectives.
- Conduct hearing tests, fittings, and educate users on best practices for hearing aids.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on hearing aids and amplification devices.
- Drive practice growth with a focus on sales and key performance metrics while upholding ethical standards.
- Engage in local community outreach, including health fairs and building relationships with healthcare providers.
- Counsel patients on hearing aid purchases and maintain knowledge of payment methods and third-party payors.
- Collaborate with your team to meet clinical finance targets.
- Support Telehealth initiatives to broaden patient care and product offerings.
- Stay current with continuing education requirements.
- Effectively communicate test results and treatment options to patients.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License as per state regulations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Hearing Aid sales or equivalent training under a licensed professional.
