Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Azure Cloud Solutions Engineer to enhance our team. In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee infrastructure on the Azure platform. Collaborate with development teams to effectively deploy and manage Azure AI/ML/Cognitive services environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, implement, and manage infrastructure utilizing Terraform, Bicep, and ARM templates.
  • Develop and maintain reusable Terraform modules for infrastructure components in Gitlab.
  • Experience with APIM, Azure Functions, Application Insights, Azure Web Apps, Azure Monitoring, Azure Sentinel, Event Grid, and Azure Bus services is essential.
  • Proficient in Python and PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks.
  • In-depth knowledge of network protocols such as DNS, SMTP, SNMP, SSH, and SFTP.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Azure Compute services, Database services, Networking, Storage, and PaaS offerings.
  • Engage with Azure Data Bricks, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Storage for data-related infrastructure needs.
  • Monitor and enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of our Azure enterprise application pipeline and its architecture.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Azure infrastructure and service-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
  • Collaborate with Data Owners to uphold Intuitive's data governance policies.
  • Document cloud architectures, procedures, and processes associated with infrastructure and application deployments.
  • Support Azure Cognitive Services, including LLM, GenAI, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision pipelines.
  • Stay informed about the latest Azure platform updates and best practices for Generative AI.
  • Work closely with the GenAI team to meet release objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, deploying, and managing Azure infrastructure and services.
  • Familiarity with Azure Cognitive Services, including LLM, GenAI, and Machine Learning pipelines is advantageous.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python and PowerShell.
  • Experience with Azure API Manager, Key Vault, Application Gateway, and Microsoft Networking is preferred.
  • Experience with similar platforms such as AWS and GCP is a significant advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional networking knowledge and experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware and Nutanix is a plus.
  • Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure AI Engineer) are beneficial.
  • Experience with Gitlab and Jenkins is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps services, including Azure Pipelines, Repos, and Artifacts, is beneficial for CI/CD processes.
  • Experience with Docker and creating Docker images for deployment is a plus.
  • Experience managing container orchestration and scaling using Kubernetes is a plus.
