Job Title: Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Family of Kidz. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with children and their families to help them overcome communication challenges and achieve their full potential.

About the Role:
  • Design and implement individualized and group therapeutic interventions for your caseload
  • Administer and write up speech and language evaluations
  • Communicate with lead supervisors and coordinators regarding case management
  • Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals
  • Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and report on progress quarterly
Responsibilities for Evaluations:
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations in clinic, home, and/or preschool settings
  • Write detailed speech and language evaluation reports
  • Work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and the evaluation team
Requirements:
  • Current NYS Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • NYSED Certifications: TSSLD or TSHH
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a setting focusing on supporting children and their families
