**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee daily clinical operations, including patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of patient care

- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely and efficient communication with stakeholders
**Requirements and Qualifications:** To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

- Board certification in psychiatry
- Experience working in a community mental health setting
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising staff and managing resources
