Role Summary:

  • This role is classified as Non-Exempt.
  • Overtime hours will be compensated at a rate of time and a half.
  • Accountable for the effective maintenance and operation of pharmaceutical production machinery.
  • Responsible for the precise measurement of raw materials and active components, ensuring proper blending.
  • Maintains cleanliness and operational integrity of the equipment and facility.
  • Engages in the execution of work orders, including meticulous documentation of batch records in accordance with current good manufacturing practices (cGMP).
  • Adheres to documentation protocols with high accuracy and minimal errors. Completes required training, including cGMP and safety protocols, promptly.
  • Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team, following established procedures with precision.
  • Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
