Job Title: Licensed Therapist

Job Summary:

Community Healthcore is seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide intake evaluations, counseling, and service coordination in individual and/or group settings in one of our programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver psychotherapeutic services, including screenings, diagnostic evaluations, intake assessments, crisis intervention, and support.
  • Develop person-centered recovery plans and ensure planned services and supports are implemented and documented.
  • Connect clients with appropriate services and supports, as needed.
  • Document all meetings and notes pertaining to client plans.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Licensed in the State of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Work Environment:

The work environment is a dynamic and supportive team setting. Reasonable accommodations can be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Travel:

Depends on the actual position. Jobs in outpatient clinics require local travel, while field-based positions require travel within the six counties served by Community Healthcore.
