Job Description:

As a Travel Physical Therapist with Supplemental Health Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and provide high-quality care in a home health setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Arkansas
  • CPR certification or ability to obtain
  • Previous experience with computer charting
  • 6 months of previous home health care experience
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation
