Fitness Club Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team at Crunch Fitness. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience at our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Check in members and guests, facilitating the use of club software and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner, communicating special events and promotions to members and guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company standards and procedures.
- Assist with scheduling member services, including tanning, hydro-massage, and other amenities.
- Facilitate payment of member services, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Stay up-to-date on club facilities, services, and schedules, providing accurate information to members and guests.
- Assist with projects and initiatives as delegated by club management, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
- Obtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification.
- Experience working with children, with a focus on providing a safe and supportive environment.
- Certifications as required by local and state laws.
- Lift 10 pounds on occasion.
- Stand, bend, and squat with frequency.
- Climb and hang decorations as needed.
Starting hourly wage: $14.42.
Part-time position.
Location: Boulder 12.
