Job Title: Regional Speech-Language Pathologist

Ally Behavior Centers is a leading provider of behavioral health services to young children with autism in the DC area. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team as a Regional Speech-Language Pathologist.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Masters level SLP to provide high-quality speech therapy services to young children with autism in our clinic-based program. The ideal candidate will have experience working with early intervention and have a strong background in speech-language pathology. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Occupational Therapists, to provide comprehensive care to our young learners.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality speech therapy services to young children with autism in our clinic-based program
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our young learners
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness in speech and language skills
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • State License in Virginia required
  • Graduate of a master's level program in Speech Language Pathology which is accredited by Education Standards Board or whose practice meets ASHA certification requirements
  • Meet the education and experience requirements for Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology granted by ASHA
  • Experience with early intervention and working with children with autism
  • Strong and fluid writing and oral competence
  • Desire for professional growth and career advancement
