Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Private Duty Nursing

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Private Duty LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
  • Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify potential nursing diagnoses and develop effective care plans.
Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred.
