Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paint Line Associate to join our team at Workbox Staffing. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing parts and materials for finishing, setting up and performing finishing operations on components and products, and inspecting finished coatings to ensure conformance to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare parts and materials for finishing, including plugging, masking, and unmasking parts that are painted.
  • Set up and perform finishing operations on components and products, including loading and unloading parts and materials on conveyors and racks.
  • Inspect finished coatings to ensure conformance to quality standards.
  • Packaging parts to prevent damage during movement.
Requirements
  • Experience in powder coating or painting is a plus, but not required.
  • General manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to visually detect defects.
  • Ability to work on feet for duration of shift.
  • Desire to learn.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
