We are seeking a highly skilled Master's Level Behavioral Health Professional to join our team at VitalCore Health Strategies. Located in Racine, Wisconsin, this is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals.

Salary Range: $37-$38 per hour (37-38 hours/week)

About the Role

This full-time position offers a unique blend of challenge and reward, as you work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive behavioral health services. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping patients navigate complex issues and achieve positive outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administer assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide mental health treatment and crisis intervention services
  • Collaborate with medical staff, community providers, and psychiatric hospitals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in monthly behavioral health calls and contribute to program development and implementation
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess a Master's degree in a relevant field and hold one of the following licenses: LCSW, LCPC, LMSW, LPC, or equivalent. A minimum of one year of experience in a social work capacity is also required.
