Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at Health First Medical Group LLC. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Radiation Oncology department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality/No Harm: Administer radiotherapy to patients in a safe and accurate manner, consistent with prescribing physicians' prescriptions and treatment goals.
  • Customer Experience: Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction, while maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Stewardship: Provide accurate simulation and documentation, ensuring complete data collection and reporting.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiation Therapy.
  • Current Florida State Licensed Radiation Therapist.
  • ARRT or registry eligible as a Radiation Therapist.
  • AHA BLS Healthcare Provider Completion Card.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing situations, and prioritize tasks effectively. The successful candidate will be able to lift up to 40 pounds, move patients, and perform technical tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
