Key Responsibilities
- Establish strong relationships with clients to promote lasting connections.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations to highlight product advantages.
- Participate in daily training sessions and ongoing development programs.
- Follow up on warm leads provided by the agency.
- Offer comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
- Set and meet sales targets within designated timeframes.
Qualifications
- Licensing Requirements: You will need to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
- No prior insurance experience is necessary. Preferred candidates may have previous insurance experience.
- Motivated and driven with a passion for sales.

- Proactive and self-motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
